If you have the ability to tell a story through capturing and editing film, then NeighborWorks Green Bay could really use your talents! The Video Creation Specialist will lead efforts to raise awareness of our organization and engage viewers in NeighborWorks Green Bay’s efforts to build a better community. All website and Facebook content activity will take place in conjunction with organizational goals and overall marketing strategies. Once you've received training in our office, you may work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with professional staff to develop goals for our website content
• Create effective, engaging videos for both our website and Facebook
• Capture NeighborWorks Green Bay’s major events
• Collaborate with interviewer and profile writer to help tell the stories of the families and community members that we’ve served

Qualifications:

• Own video/sound equipment, or utilize online programs
• Shooting, lighting, sound for video experience
• Outstanding editing, and production skills
• Understanding of the process used to create marketing videos and online platforms
• Highly organized
• Sense of humor and ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Have a point of view, defend it, and be able to listen and take corrective feedback
