About
Volunteering at The Center for Grieving Children is an opportunity to give your time and attention to make an important difference in the life of a child, teen, family, and the community.
Our volunteers are our most valuable resource - generous people from the community, supporting families at a difficult and lonely time. Our Sanford support groups meet on Wednesday evenings.
We offer one-hour Volunteer Info Sessions where interested volunteers can learn more about the training to become a Facilitator. We are currently recruiting for our March 2023 Facilitator training. For more information and dates/times of our Volunteer Info sessions. Contact Sara Reddick (volunteer@cgcmaine.org) Thank you!
