Vermont Foodbank

On December 10th, the Vermont Foodbank will be hosting our Second Annual Cookie Project and we need your help! The Foodbank receives tons of donations from supermarkets across the state and we’d like to give thanks to them for all of their hard work with some homemade cookies. Without donations from grocers such as Hannafords and Shaws, we would not have been able to distribute the 12 million pounds of food that we shared to our Vermont community this past year.

Join us to bake over 1,000 cookies for our generous donors! Volunteers will be helping mix dough, cut and decorate cookies and package up the final product into a beautiful gift. We will also have some fun activities for all the kiddos out there who would like to join in on the fun!

Where: Thompson Senior Center, 99 Senior Lane, Woodstock VT 05091

When: Saturday 12/10, 10am-5pm (we have three different shifts available: 10am-12pm, 1-3pm, and 3-5pm). We need about 6 volunteers per shift.

This is a kid-friendly event so bring your family, friends and neighbors and let’s get baking!

We'd love to have your support! Feel free to email me at hsnyder@vtfoodbank.org or call me at (802) 477-4121 with questions.

Thank you!

Hanna
