As hair stylists we have found a craft that gives us the freedom to build a beautiful career with endless opportunities. At Trade-Works it is our mission to inspire love through action by bridging experts with under resourced youth in communities to cultivate self sustainability.Did you know that 74 million youth are unemployed this year alone? Together we can change that!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS.
This February we are taking a team of hairstylists and barbers to teach a 5 day workshop to 75 youth in Kingston Jamaica. We are looking for excited hair professionals that would like to vacation with a purpose, explore a new culture and give back with their skills.
DETAILS
Each stylist will teach alongside other professionals a cut or color of their choice. We also supply each student with a beauty school kit to learn from and begin their career with. Think of this as an intensive workshop to ignite a new hope and future into our youth in Kingston.
COST
To offset the $1500 volunteer payment, we supply all recourses and assist in fundraising support for each volunteer. This is considered a donationa dn covers an All Inclusive trip to Jamaica including fun activities, beautiful beaches, and a chance to give back.
