We are a small family run organization providing peer support to families and youth with mental health and substance use disorders in Washington, D.C. We have been in operation for 16 years. Our services are portable. We go into homes to provide our services by peer support workers. We are looking to build structure in demonstrating that we can manage small and mid-size grant. We believe we can do this by having a grant tracking tool. It can be an Excel spreadsheet. We have a very important grant that we want to demonstrate to the funders not only can we provide the services but we know how to manage grants. Can we count on you to help us. Thank you.

Mission Statement
The Total Family Care Coalition (TFCC) mission is to empower families, children and youth on how to advocate for themselves and navigate through systems of care to obtain services which sustain a better quality of life for their family.
Description
The Total Family Care Coalition, founded in December 2005, seeks to " Help Keep Families First " using education, essential information, resources, and additional supports to empower DC's families. TFCC family members have the tenacity to stand strong with families while assisting them in advocating for standard-of-care (SOC) and partnering families with peer support workers who will stand toe-to-toe with them and overcoming systemic stumbling blocks. We are committed to seeking the best possible care for the families - and the children we serve.
