Gilbert House Children's Museum is looking volunteers to assist with one of our major events of the year. Legacy of Play Day is a free-to-the-community event, which invites visitors into the museum free of charge. We expect to see 2,000 visitors during the day.
The event will include many of our community partners offering fun and interactive STEM-based activities under the bridges for visitors to take part in. There will be food, music, and many playful things for our visitors to do during the event - all in the spirit of A.C. Gilbert for whom the museum is named after.
We need volunteers to assist with the setup and teardown of the event as well as the event itself. We need volunteers to assist with the crafts and activities from 9:30am to 3:00pm. If you'd like to help out, please contact Patricia at outreach@acgilbert.org.
