ORGANIZATION: Eskaton

Please join the special volunteer team within Eskaton's Telephone Reassurance Program. If you have 2 hours during the week or weekend to reach out with a friendly phone call to seniors facing social isolation, we would be so happy to hear from you. This free community outreach program has served seniors in the broader community for over 30 years. Now, more than ever, seniors need a sense of connection. Participating in the Telephone Reassurance Program does indeed give them connection along with assurance they are not alone. This special volunteer listens, reminisces, laughs and offers friendships. Telephone Reassurance volunteers make very significant impact in the lives of older adults while they impart hope and joy.
