We are looking for a volunteer Bookkeeper to join our Volunteer Team and to help us contintue to grow our Film Festival.

• Advance proficiency of Quickbooks - Mac Version a must
• Non-profit experience a must
• Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience with 2 professional referrals provided
• Additional proficiency in Macintosh operating systems with Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Docs
• Reconciles monthly Bank accounts and provides reports as needed; keeps clear records of accounting activities
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Assists in the development and implementation of systems and procedures as needed.
• Assists with Grant management of financial reporting and budgeting
