Do you have a passion for Hospice care but do not want to work directly with patients? If you would like to make a difference in the lives of those in Hospice Care, Continuum Care Hospice has a wonderful opportunity just for you!

At Continuum Care Hospice, we are looking for organized and personable Volunteers to be a part of our office team. Duties for these Volunteers can include answering phones, organizing files, paperwork, and typing. Training and support is provided to help you feel prepared and comfortable in your role.

The time commitment is flexible and can work with many schedules! We invite you to be a part of our friendly and caring team to put your administrative skills towards improving lives today!

The mission of Continuum Care Hospice is to provide comprehensive coordinated care for persons with life-limiting illness so they may live as fully and comfortably as possible until the end of life and offer contiued support to the bereaved.

Description

The goal of hospice is to provide palliative care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of service for the terminally ill as an integrated whole. Continuum Care Hospice is guided by the principals of responsive care, teamwork, leadership and stewardship. Care to the patient and caregivers will enable those served to experience death with grace and dignity.
