Our exhibits department is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, computer savvy person to help prepare for an exhibition that opens in November 2017. The volunteer will work with the exhibits staff to photograph, measure, and record tag information on specimens, and then create an excel spreadsheet or database to track these items. This would be a 20-hour per week assignment for 1-2 months in January and February. Specific hours will be determined based on the needs of the department and the volunteer's availability. A regular 20-hour per week schedule is required during the weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM.

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in learning how an exhibition is planned and designed. Interns receiving course credit and enrolled in an internship through a school, may also be considered.
