Tutors will work one on one up to one on three for students in grades K-12. Tutors will help students complete homework assignments, then work on math packets or reading and writing. Opportunities exist for teaching new skills as well as helping with skills taught at school that they don't understand.
Developing good relationships with the students is important. There are opportunities to help students with self-esteem, characgter, or other issues.

We purpose to make Turlock a safe community where crime is greatly reduced and families thrive with fathers present in the home.
Description
Off The Hook Ministries is a preventative and rescue ministry or at-risk youth, gang members, ex-convicts, and ex-addicts. Through our Tutoring Center, Healing Arts, and drug curriculum with job preparedness and job placement programs, we aim to heal the hurts from he past, see children succeed in school, and restore the lives of those who have experienced drug addiction, incarceration, and emotional trauma.
