We will be participating in Winterfest, a Family Holiday Event for foster children and their families on Saturday, December 10.
We will be there to staff the booth with two volunteer shifts of two, from 11:30-2:30 PM, and 2:30 PM to 5:30pm. The event will take place at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers: 4620 Summit Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33415.
As it is the season of giving, The Norton will be making gifts with children that they can then give to their loved ones.
Volunteers will:
- Help set up a tent
- Assist children in making their craft
- Be friendly greeters and pass out collateral
- Let visitors know about Family Programs at the Norton!
- Help pick up materials and load to my car.
