Reed Elementary library has volunteer opportunities that include the following roles...
reading to students, listening to students read, working with small groups, helping students with technology, shelving, circulation, processing books, updating the website, work room projects (crafting, creating displays, dye cutting, etc.)
We are more than happy to work with your skills and preferred tasks.
Bilingual or someone who is trying to learn Spanish is a huge bonus but not necessary.
The volunteer schedule is flexible. The library is open M-F from 7:20 - 4:30.
We would like volunteers who are able to make a commitment to show up for 2 or more hours at the same time every week or every other week.

Description
Reed Elementary is a title 1 campus with over 65% economically disadvantaged population. Reed is a dual language campus and serves students all over Leander ISD. Reed has a very diverse population and is a leader in me campus.
