Please join us from 10am - noon to clean and beautify the park! We will be planting native plants to restore habitat for pollinators and other wildlife.
We will only cancel in the event of hard rain. We recommend you bring a weather-appropriate gear, including a hat, sturdy shoes, a long sleeve shirt, poncho/jacket/water-resistant clothes, sunscreen (even if it's not sunny, it's good to be protected!), and a water bottle for filling. Tools and gloves will be available. All volunteers will need to bring signed waivers (http://www.documents.sausalcreek.org/FOSC_City_Waiver.pdf). Anyone under 18 will also need a parental signature. Please RSVP for groups of 5 or more people. WD Wood Park is located just below I-580 north of Fruitvale Avenue at 2920 McKillop Road.
