Pet Adoption Alternative of Warren (PAAW) a local Metro Detroit animal rescue is looking for volunteers to help collect gently worn shoes for a fundraiser! PAAW is saving the lives of many animals everyday and the money from the shoes will help us to continue to protect the lives of animals in need!
PAAW needs help from volunteers to collect shoes from friends, family, work, church, social groups etc. Shoes can be dropped off with a PAAW volunteer or we can pick them up. We are acception all shoes from sandals to boots to athletic shoes. No skates nor roller blads. Your shoes will help us raise money to pay for medical expenses AND also provide shoes for people in developing countries who do not have shoes!
We are asking volunteers to collect 1 BAG of shoes which is 25 pairs of gently worn shoes.
