Novant Health Hospice is dedicated to providing remarkable care to all of our patients. One program which provides that service is our Giving Gardens Program. Ladies come in on Wednesday and create bouquets to be delievered to all of our new patients, patients with birthdays, anniversaries, etc...
With that being said, we are in need of folks to deliever those flowers. Our patients are all over including Huntersville, Monroe, Carowinds Blvd, and everywhere inbetween.
Flowers can be picked up on Noon Wednesday, and be delievered, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
A list of deliveries is sent out each Monday, so you can decide what deliveries might be close to you!
** You will need to fill out an application and fill out appropriate paperwork to participate in this opportunity.
Please help us provide this wonderful service to help our patients and families brighten up their last days.

Description
Providing care for a loved one who is sick and can no longer look after themselves can be one of the biggest challenges a family has to face. These conditions can arise from old age, severe illness or crippling injuries, but regardless of the cause, we believe that no family should have to face these challenges alone.
Our hospice services provide a wide range of services and care-giving that can help patients and their loved ones when it is needed the most. Comfort, compassion and dignity are at the forefront of the care we provide.
Our hospice care specialists provide care for terminally ill patients and their families. We know how sensitive these times may be, and our goal is to provide patients and their families with effective healthcare that will improve the quality of a patient’s last days.
We provide an individualized treatment plan to comfortably manage pain and physical symptoms of each need a patient may have. Our team is made of doctors, nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, grief counselors, and volunteers that work together to help patients live life as comfortably and fulfilled as possible.
