Golden Gate Audubon Society is looking for an individual to lead a monthly environmental education field trip to Arrowhead Marsh for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders and their families as part of the Eco-Education Program.
The Eco-Education Program provides unique environmental education experiences to diverse, underserved East Oakland and North Richmond students and their families and involves them in hands-on restoration of important watershed habitats in the San Francisco Bay. The program seeks to provide East Oakland participants with access to local natural resources and opportunities to obtain the knowledge, skills and commitment they need to protect outdoor human and wildlife habitat in their own backyard.
