Qualifications and requirements for this position:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries as required and appropriate
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and compassionate nature
  • Have the capacity to work effectively with culturally diverse staff and participants, including homeless individuals and low-income families
  • Must be available during normal business hours

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Help make Christmas special for families in need by sorting food donated to the center
  • Sort and pack canned goods and non-perishable items for holiday food distribution
