Always committed to hands-on action, our directors still help lead all of our workdays. Executive Director Brad Rouse, Program Director Pearson King, and Development Director Alice Wyndham are shown here with Maria after a productive day weatherizing her home.

About

Energy Savers Network is looking for dedicated individuals to join our network of volunteers. Our volunteer workdays are weekly programs that provide energy efficiency and weatherization services to limited-income households throughout Western North Carolina in an effort to lower the energy burden of our most vulnerable communities.

At Energy Savers Network, we believe in helping the climate by helping people. If you are committed to environmental justice, energy efficiency, poverty alleviation, or you just like to get your hands dirty for a good cause, we want you to join us for a workday!

We offer volunteer training in an array of home improvement and energy efficiency skills that can help you during our workdays and can also be used to improve the efficiency of your own home or apartment. We are happy to work with volunteers of any experience-level from total beginner to professional contractor. You don't have to be an expert to improve another person's life, and even the smallest improvements add up to major results in the fight for climate justice.
