About

Our Operations Assistants hold down the administrative fort by managing and accomplishing operational tasks vital for day-to-day functioning in office. They are largely the first point of contact for all individuals that enter into office, and handle all front desk responsibilities, including but not limited to: greeting visitors, relaying messages, forwarding calls, receiving donations, and managing the in-office food pantry. Our Ops. Assistants are essential to maintaining a smooth flow of both internal and external communications.

TIME COMMITMENT

Our team of Operations Assistants will share shifts during the week; each volunteer to work a minimum of 4-5 hours per week, more preferred.
