Cascade Hospice would like to add the availability of a certified therapy dog for the benefit of our patients and families. If you have a certified therapy dog and would like to offer their services at the bedside of our patients, we encourage you to apply as a Hospice Volunteer. These treasured pets would be visiting at the bedside of terminally ill patients, bringing an extra layer of comfort. Visits may take place in private homes, at care facilities or at the newly opened Pete Moore Hospice House. Description
Cascade Hospice provides supportive care and hospice services for patients with life-limiting illnesses. We focus on quality of life and comfort through pain and symptom management, while offering physical, emotional, social and spiritual support for both patient and family no matter where the patient lives. We are proud to have recently opened Pete Moore Hospice House - the first in Lane County. Our Core Values include:
