Through an inclusive collaboration between Long Beach based non-profit organizations, resident artists attending Able ARTS Work programs and American veterans from The Rock Club: Music is the Remedy will present Santa's Slippers, an original musical written in the 1980's presented in 2016 with a message to be part of the solution to bullying. Audiences of all ages will get to know the loving characters who tackle the joyful yet challenging aspects of friendships, as performed by artists and musicians who use the arts as a tool for healing. American Idol contestant Devyn Rush will share a powerful message about her work in anti-bullying and her dedication to empowering youth be WHO THEY ARE.
