Would you like to help members of your community learn english so they can thrive within society? Well if you would, Burbank Housing Community Services is looking for committed and passionate volunteers that could give ESL lessons at one of our properties. ESL courses are in high demand and expensive. Being a nonprofit, we depend on volunteers to fulfill the needs within our communities. You will gain the satisfaction of helping out people who truly wish to learn English and succeed in today's workforce. We will work with you to create a set weekly schedule. We also have volunteer appreciations throughout the year and will write recommendations/ help you fulfill any mandatory community service hours you may need. Please come join us in making Sonoma County a better place to live and work!
