The intern will assist the Director of Education and BRIDGE Program Coordinator with monitoring and evaluation projects to measure the impact of virtual exchange programs at iEARN-USA. The intern will participate in the M&E planning process with a committee to research, create, and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan for iEARN projects and assist with data collection and analysis for the BRIDGE program. The intern will also assist with reporting and sharing program impact for the promotion of iEARN-USA programs and projects.

This internship with foster the following skills and knowledge:

  • M&E strategy and tool design (using online surveys, interview protocols, etc)

  • Data analysis techniques

  • Reporting to show results and impact

  • Learning day to day operations of a Non-Profit

  • Projects determined by intern’s interest and areas of focus
