The Survivant Organization (TSO), a non-profit located in Washington, D.C. dedicated to assisting female victims of domestic and sexual violence aged 16-24 is seeking a producer/audio to help us with a global podcast!
We are looking an individual to put together the opening, closing, and background jingles for 2 twin global podcasts about women, one dedicated to discussing various issues they face, and the other to true crime. We also plan to extend this project beyond just a podcast but a social movement.
We are working towards a January launch but already have ideas for the type of sound we want for both. There are a lot of moving parts to this ambitious project so we want to start working on it now so it is perfect for the premiere. Any experience/knowledge in finding audio clips such as 911 calls, trial testimony, news stories, etc is a MAJOR bonus.

Description
The Survivant Organization (TSO) is a newly formed non-profit dedicated to eradicating domestic and sexual violence in females aged 16-24 through research, interactive education, and advocacy. One in every four women will experience domestic and/or sexual violence. But girls in this age range are four times more likely to experience these kinds of violence over any other age group. TSO implements programs that increase awareness, create safety plans, facilitate legal representation, and provide additional neccessities for survivors on their journey to recovery. Every woman we assist will be provided with holistic solutions, guiding survivors towards a life free from violence and abuse.
