Saratoga Mentoring matches caring adults with children (ages 7 - 17) from challenging circumstances. The purpose of the program is to build one-to-one relationships based on friendship, support and fun. Mentors can make a profound difference in the life of a child. Mentors are screened and trained. Mentors meet with mentees once a week for about 2 hours. These meetings are scheduled at a time that works best for the mentor and mentee. Mentors and mentees choose the weekly activities. A one year commitment is required. Various locations, flexible schedule.
Update: Our program has adapted for the pandemic. We are still making new matches and doing so in a safe and responsible way. Please feel free to reach out with questions.
