Do you want to help save the lives of pets from the comfort of your own home? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Are you good at math and household budgeting? Are you empathetic and caring, but able to set boundaries and follow guidelines? If so, a remote intake case coordinator position with BirchBark Foundation may be the one for you!

BirchBark Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization, whose mission is to enhance and support animal health and well being by providing access to financial and educational resources for pet owners and the community. BirchBark is the first of its kind in Central Coast region with no other organizations that are singularly dedicated to saving the lives of pets that are already in loving homes, but whose families cannot pay for all or part of the care they need to survive.

BirchBark Foundation receives financial assistance grant requests at variable times throughout the week. We seek several talented and dedicated volunteers who are knowledgeable in online communication, can work independently and are able to follow our guidelines in triaging emergency pet health needs, while ensuring that grant recipients qualify financially for BirchBark assistance.
