At our homeless shelter, we have a garden with 3 raised beds growing vegetables and herbs. We unfortunately do not have any skilled gardeners able to help us grow food and maintain the garden. More specifically, we lack a person able to educate our residents (particularly the children) about nutrition, locally grown food, food insecurity, etc.
We are very flexible on the hours and days volunteers would be able to come over and help out. We hope to have our garden thrive with your guidance!
