Gifts from Make-A-Wish Wisconsin’s Wish Closet are given to children and family members throughout the wish-granting process. They can help break the ice, build a family’s excitement or supplement the wish itself. We need YOUR help to keep our expenses down by keeping our Wish Closet full.

Simply donate any new, unwrapped gift items from our WISH LIST to help make wishes extra-special for children living with life-threatening medical conditions.

Wish Closet gifts are used year-round! If you would like to start a Toy Drive at your business or organization to benefit Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, please contact Corporate Relations & Events Manager Andrea Hug at 800.236.WISH (9474).

About Make-A-Wish Wisconsin

Location:

11020 West Plank Court, Suite 200, Wauwatosa, WI 53226, US

Mission Statement

Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

Description

Make-A-Wish Wisconsin grants over 300 wishes per year to children ages 2 1/2 to 18 living with a critical illness. Our goal is to grant every child eligible for our program a wish.

Hundreds of volunteers are needed across the state in a variety of capacities to help bring hope, strength and joy to wish children and their families. Wish granting, helping with special events and fundraisers, and assisting with office projects are a few examples of how volunteers make a valuable difference.

Make-A-Wish Wisconsin is a not-for-profit organization that relies solely on the generosity of individuals and businesses to fulfill its mission. Gifts of cash and investments, estate gifts, and in-kind contributions are some of the ways funds are raised, and 77% of every dollar raised goes directly to granting wishes.

Make-A-Wish Wisconsin is one of 59 chapters of Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. Over 350,000 wishes have been granted across the nation since the Foundation's inception in 1980, and every day, more than 25 wishes are granted across the U.S.
