Adult volunteers are needed to facilitate our Special Needs Partnership Inclusion Experience for organizations and schools. This is a hands-on interactive, multi-sensory curriculum designed for participants to experience the effects of specific disabilities, to help build awareness and to create an environment of empathy. As a volunteer you will help facilitate one of 6 simulation stations including Fine Motor, Gross Motor, Hearing Loss, Dyslexia, Speech, and ADHD.

Description
JFS is a United Way service provider, serving just over 11,000 people a year. We help people regain self sufficiency through services including, but not limited to: Career and Employment, Family Violence Intervention, Financial Coaching, Mental Health counseling for all ages, services for Elderly or disabled, Meals on Wheels, Special Needs, Cancer Survivors, Veterans, and Emergency assistance in our on-site Food Pantry.
