Greetings!
We are looking for a office volunteer to assist with daily duties such as organizing, filing and answering phone calls. We are a friendly environment. If you want to learn more about the hospice and healthcare industry this place will help you gain experience.
We are looking for someone to come in one time a week for at least 4 hours. This will be an intermitt position and as needed. We would like someone to start 11/17.

Mission Statement
Hospice Volunteer Training is a program where we select qualified persons who can fit well with patients who have a terminal illness through several organizations. We match volunteers to Hospices where they will excel the most. We offer training and orientation, continued education for all volunteers, certificates of completion and excellence. Whether volunteers are students trying to gain experience or if you just want to give back to the community. We hope that we find individuals who can successfully achieve their goals and provide helpful assistance to Hospice organizations within the Los Angeles County.
Description
Hospice volunteers provide companionship to people living with a serious illness and help their families caregivers in a variety of ways. Hospice also rely on volunteers to help with office work, fund raising, community outreach and other operational areas.
