ORGANIZATION: Hidden Brook Acres

Hidden Brook Acres is a non profit organization dedicated to therapeutic horsemanship. We operate out of Old Coach Farm in Charlestown, RI. Our horses are well cared for by our many volunteers! In order to keep the work load manageable, we are actively recruiting more volunteers to help out with equine care and barn management. Job responsibilities include mucking stalls, sweeping, filling water troughs, setting up stalls, feeding, bringing horses in/turning horses out, and picking paddocks. This is a very active opportunity and guaranteed to keep you fit! Minimum lifting of 25 pounds. Ages 14 plus are encouraged to apply. Hours of need are 7 days a week, mornings between 9am to noon and evenings between 5pm to 7pm. Horse experience is not required, we will train dedicated individuals.
