About

The 2nd and 3rd graders at Boze Elementary School are graders are preparing to create a mural showing showing how all living things are connected and therefore, if one is broken, the rest may not be able to survive. The mural will be painted on large pieces of plywood that will eventual be transferred to our new location.

We are hoping to find people with a passion for arts and education to talk with our students in February about how knowledge can be demonstrated through art and then work with our students twice a month to help them design their mural. How much time you want to spend at the school is up to you! Ideally, we would love a few artists to lend a hand so that the students can have as much expertise available as possible.

Our school does not have an art program nor an art teacher. For many of our students, this will truly be the first time they will be able to express themselves and their understanding of the taught concepts through art. Please come and help make it a successful one!
