Happy Holidays! We are once again looking for fun and friendly gift wrappers to help us with our holiday gift wrapping efforts for the Alzheimer's Association at Barnes & Noble in two locations -- Stamford and Westport!
We will have multiple shifts on December 8th. We are looking for 3+ volunteers for each shift.
*** UPDATE - Stamford shifts are full! We are still looking for Westport slots to be filled** If you want to be added to a list for future volunteer opportunities please contact tvigorito@alz.org directly! Thanks!!

Bring a friend or a co-worker and help build awareness for the Alzheimer's Association. All donations we receive for gift wrapping, support Alzheimer's research, community education programs, support group programs and our 1 800 272 3900 helpline.

The Alzheimer’s Association’s mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s Disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
Description
The Connecticut Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association depends on the commitment and dedication of its volunteers. We have a variety of opportunities to offer volunteers throughout the state of Connecticut. Volunteers help us run special events, work in our offices, deliver education and programs, act as advocates and speakers in the community, staff our helplines and run Support Groups, as examples. Our volunteers are passionate and enthusiastic members of our team without whom we could not work towards an end to the Alzheimer's disease.
