Within the Museum’s Boost! Exhibit there is a demonstration kitchen. Live presentations are given to introduce healthy, easy recipes to guests, as well as discuss the science and chemistry of cooking. Boost! Kitchen Volunteers give presentations, as well as assist with preparation, and cleanup of these demonstrations.
