We are searching for volunteers to help us wrap presents for the holidays here at Living Well Residence. These are all gifts that will be going to the elders who live at the residence. We currently have 12 elders, and we receive many gift donations from the community, so wrapping gifts can actually take a whole day or longer when we don't have any help!
We generally start wrapping at some point during the week before Christmas. Sometimes we will pick a day and try to get as many helpers as we can during that time, but we also have people visit when it works for them individually to help out! Description
Living Well Residence is a Level III nonprofit care facility for elders, located in the Bristol village. Living Well is currently home to 12 low-to-moderate income residents. Many residents suffer from chronic illnesses or some form of disability and some are veterans with associated mental health challenges.
At Living Well, we focus on wellness and holistic aging. We take a whole-foods, organic, and locally-sourced approach to food. Our programs and activities are designed to meet people where they're at and engage the body, mind, and soul.
