ORGANIZATION: The Fit and Food Connection

The Fit and Food Connection is a new non-profit serving people in northern St. Louis. We provide food assistance to low income families, and empower people to get healthy through free fitness and nutrition education.

Currently we have no office space and are conducting fitness and nutrition classes/seminars out of various places that have no heat. This is causing our programs to suffer and is limiting our ability to help those in need!

We desperately need your help researching possible places to call home in Northern St Louis - community groups, churches, etc. This could be generating a list of businesses to reach out to, and/or contacting businesses as well.

Can you help?

  • Are you a real estate or broker who might know of available space?
  • Are you a member of a community group with large, unused space that you’d be willing to share?
  • Are you willing to research and compile a list of possible real estate options in the St Louis area?

You're ability to help with this will have a huge impact on our ability to be there for our community - please come help us find a permanent home and empower those in need!
