PWI needs volunteers for the Carlsbad Marath on ! This race is one of Southern California’s best!

Partnerships With Industry (PWI) is a local San Diego organization that provides job opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities who want to work and be active in the workforce. 75% of adults with developmental disabilities do not work; many could work if simply given the opportunities to work. PWI provides those opportunities, along with vocational assessments, trainings and on-going support so these hardworking, capable individuals can be successful. By partnering with local businesses, PWI is an organization that is truly making a difference in the community.

Since 1985, PWI has built lasting partnerships that provide adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities job opportunities that assist them in achieving their vocational goals, increasing their self-esteem, pride and maximizing their independence.
