The Data Entry Volunteer will help Willis Dady enter information into the new volunteer database. They will ensure accuracy of data entry, correct errors when needed, check for timely entry of data, and conduct scanning projects. They may work with the establishment of new data points or new program data within the system. They may run monthly, quarterly, or annual reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with fixing errors and inaccuracies
- Record and chart outcomes over time, using reports from the database
- Enter data into the system
- Scan documents into the system to eliminate paper waste
Commitment:
- Approximately 8-10 hours per month
- Can be done over short periods of time throughout the month
- Flexible

Our goal is to help as many struggling people as possible to avoid needing shelter altogether, and for those who do enter shelter to help move them into permanent housing as quickly as possible.
