Under the direct supervision of the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Intern will gain experience in various areas of Organizational Effectiveness such as: needs assessments, curriculum development, employee engagement, effective coaching, elearning development and delivery, and evaluation. The OE Intern is responsible for designing needs assessment, developing training curriculum, assisting with employee engagement action plans, tracking evaluation data and designing evaluation forms, and other duties as assigned. Will also assist with various Human Resources projects as they are available. Interns are advocates in implementing our mission of "Affirming the human right to reproductive health and freedom."

Specific Duties:
* Designing Needs Assessments
o Assists with creating needs assessments to uncover learning and development needs for assigned groups
o Researches the methodologies to be used, designs the questions, and creates the administration tool
o Themes the data and partners to make recommendations for next steps with training and other interventions
* Developing Training Curriculum
o Conducts research around the identified development needs and learning objectives
o Creates drafts of curriculum in partnership with Director of Organizational Effectiveness
o Designs handouts, facilitator guides, and other materials to prepare for an effective training event
* Employee Engagement
o Will review employee engagement data and practice identifying needs and making recommendations for action
o Will research action planning methods for teams
o Will assist in developing tools for manager and employees to action plan around employee engagement
* Training Evaluation
o Will assist in designing a system to track evaluation data
o Will assist in designing evaluations that measure training learning objectives, experience, and impact
o Will partner to find additional ways to measure the impact of organizational effectiveness work at PPMNS
* Human Resources Projects
o As a member of the Human Resources / Organizational Effectiveness team may assist with ad hoc Human Resources projects as assigned, such as assistance with recruitment and selection, benefits administration, payroll, and records retention.
