Caris Healthcare in Greeneville, TN serves all of Greene, Unicoi, and Hawkins Counties in Northeast Tennessee. We are a Hospice company who strives to give excellent care, and see the patient as a whole, and not just a disease.
We are looking for those of you who love to knit, sew, crochet, quilt, make decorative items, etc. to give to our patients. We call folks like you "Special Projects Volunteers", and you're a fantastic asset to our company.
You may donate your time through making these gifts for our patients, or you might be able to get your church, women's groups, schools, and clubs involved in these activities. If you know of a way you can donate your time, please contact me!

Description
We are a hospice provider that deals with terminal illnesses and assist the family and patients in meeting their end of life needs. Hospice services include visits from skilled nursing professionals to ensure that patients are comfortable and attended to properly; certified nursing aides to assist and provide for personal care; chaplains to be a source of spiritual support for the patients and their families; and social workers to provide for emotional support and to assist in obtaining financial assistance. Hospice services are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
