All volunteers will be working concessions and doing whatever jobs Ford Field needs us to do. We will work before and during the Lion's football game. We will be provided with attire once you arrive. This volunteer opportunity is a fundraiser for our Youth Employment program. Our mission is to promote opportunities for empowerment in the Deaf community through advocacy, employment, housing, spirituality and support services. Anyone who knows American Sign Language is encouraged to get involved, but knowing the language is not a requirement.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to promote opportunities for empowerment in the Deaf community through advocacy, employment, housing, spirituality, and support services. The DAD Foundation espouses collaboration through which the Deaf and the hearing population become homogeneous in their efforts to navigate through the life cycle.
Description
The DAD Foundation's vision is to disavow barriers, while nurtiring the Deaf community to empower them in living a prevailing life. We do this by fund raising and creating job opportunites for the Deaf community and offering interpreting classes and services to bridge the gap between the Deaf and hearing.
