Volunteer Opportunities

Prep for Event - Help with organizing Family Service Project supplies. Times needed:


Setup for Event - Help with the setup for the event by hanging signs, blowing up balloons, setting up tables, etc.. Times needed:

12/10 from 7:15 am - 9:00 am (20)

Check-in Non-Profits - Greet non-profits as they arrive, check them in and direct them to where they setup their display tables and collect their brochures. Time needed:

8:00 am - 8:45 am (2)

Family Check-in - Check-in families as they arrive. Direct them to where they need to go. Time needed:

8:45 am - 11:45 am (4)

Service Project - Assist families in completing the Service Project and directing them to activities if they finish early. Time needed:

9:00 am - 12:00 pm (20)

Reflection Guide - Instruct and assist families in a discussion about their Service Project. Times needed:

10:00 am - 12:00 pm (4)

Photography - Walk around event and take pictures of all aspects. Will be assigned a specific location. Time needed:

9:00 am - 12:00 pm (4)

Clean up from Event - Help clean up from the event, taking down signs, cleaning up tables, etc.. Time needed:

11:45 pm - 12:45 pm (20)
