The Berkeley Free Clinic is seeking volunteer dentists who are passionate about changing the world one smile at a time. The Clinic provides comprehensive dentistry completely free to underserved individuals (majority with an income of $5,500 or less) in an effort to close the gap in healthcare access. We make it easy and enjoyable for you to give back to the community - we provide malpractice insurance, supply all equipment and materials, accommodate your schedule, offer a close-knit volunteer core consisting of professionals and pre-professionals, and ensure sustainability by cultivating partnerships and winning grants. The clinic operates Monday-Thursday from 5-6PM to 9PM. We are currently expanding services to Friday nights as well for multi-lingual services in partnership with a local immigrant and refugee advocacy organization.
