Uplift is creating a focused 3 year strategic plan and we need expert volunteer to help guide us. During the same time, we need an expert grant writer who can develop project proposals to fundraise as per the strategic plan.
We provide afterschool activities to rural school children for all round development and mentoring.

Description
Uplift is a voluntary initiative by group of professionals to act as a mentor for rural students. Rural students especially enrolled in government schools lack opportunities to excel in life. Our mentors provide after-school activities, coaching, and academic and career counseling to provide them the platform to grow.
To support our educational initiative, we focus on creating sustainable ventures for revenue generation. Our current focus areas are in community-based tourism, agro-development, and crafts. These social initiatives brings in income for rural communities, puts the kids in school, and provides Uplift with continous stream of revenue to continue our programmes.
