Eating Dinner = School Success

Full bellies mean it's easier to do homework and participate in afterschool enrichment opportunities.

Volunteers needed to serve dinner to students in the before/after program as well as neighboring seniors. Staff onhand will provide guidance and food is provided by Second Helpings. Volunteers will heat, plate, serve dinner and then do some clean-up. It's a FUN, FAST volunteer opportunity.

Ideally we have about 4-5 volunteers onhand so it's a great opportunity for small groups. Families welcome; kids 14 and younger will stay in the dining room and older family members can help directly in the kitchen. Plenty to do for everyone!
