The primary purpose of the SFMOMA public museum guides is to inspire museum visitors through interactive, participatory experiences. Every day, guides have opportunities to initiate dialogues, foster discoveries, share insights, and open the eyes and minds of our general public and our higher education audiences. They are also active participants in the stimulating learning environment of SFMOMA, with unique access to the art and knowledge that the museum continually aggregates, not to mention the thought-provoking comments and questions of our visitors!
SFMOMA's Education and Public Practice Department is now accepting applications for the 2019 Public Museum Guide training program.
Learn more and apply online at https://sfmoma.snaphire.com/jobdetails/ajid/61mC8/Public-Museum-Guide,26079.html
Applications are due on October 29!
