ORGANIZATION: Vision House

Vision House stacked

Vision House is a Christian social service agency based near Seattle, Washington. Since 1990, Vision House has provided housing, support services and child care for homeless families with children.

The Giving Tree- A great holiday project for your team!
We provide you with all the materials you need: hand-made gift tags, brochures, instructions, etc. You provide the tree or wreath to display the gift tags. Your friends, staff, and/or clients remove the tag and provide the gift card requested. Gift cards empower homeless parents to purchase their own gifts, groceries and items consistent with their holiday traditions and culture. Additional gift cards are used throughout the year as needs arise.

Donating through the Giving Tree helps a homeless family like Casey’s...

"When my son, Casey, and I were homeless, we lost almost everything. We came to Vision House with pretty much just the clothes on our backs. Casey was a pre-teen and growing fast, so he barely fit in the few clothes he had. Vision House gave us gift cards so I could buy him new clothes. Those clothes and new shoes helped him feel more confident when he started his new school."

All gift cards are needed by Monday, December 19, 2016.
