As an Information Advocate at the Downtown Library, volunteers have an opportunity to positively impact people's lives. Working alongside a staff librarian, you will help individuals overcome obstacles to housing, safety, education, income and more as part of the Library's mission to serve everyone in our community.
Volunteers should have experience working with diverse populations; social work or related experience/education preferred. In addition, volunteers must be reliable, computer savvy, and have good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to maintain personal boundaries.
