Our Mobile Pantry program regularly sets up food distributions where as many as 300 people come and select food to take home.
We collect data at each distribution for our Client Information Management System (CIMS). This helps us determine quantity, areas where residents are most likely to need food assistance, and if our programs are operating efficiently.
We need 1-3 Client Registration volunteers at each site. Distributions usually happen at each site 1-2 times per month. It works best if a volunteer can commit to registration at a specific site(s) for 3-6 months. There are several locations and times available.
Registration will take 2-4 hours, depending on site. Set up and breakdown of computer equipment is needed.
